How do English native speakers make requests?

Thank you for taking part in this survey.
The purpose is to assess knowledge of how to make requests in English. In this study, you will read some situations. After each situation, you will be asked to write a request response in the blank. Please respond as naturally as possible and try to write your response as you feel you would say it in that situation and as if you are talking to a real person. The data will be used for research purposes only.
