Mental health help-seeking in second generation south asian men

This study aims to understand how men from second-generation South-Asian backgrounds view their mental health and how their background influences them in seeking help for mental health concerns. This study will explore how being a man influences help-seeking, in addition to how ethnic background influences this.
This study involves one 60-minute interview that will take place at a mutually convenient time over Microsoft Teams.

Requirements
- Men.
- Aged 18 and over
- Men who are second-generation members of south Asian backgrounds
- Men who have sought help for mental health and wellbeing.
