First time fathers experience of disclosure and help seeking for depression

We would like to hear from first time fathers who have a child under 2 years, who have experienced low mood or depression. We would like to better understand their experience and potential barriers of disclosing to others, and seeking help/support.
The study requires participants to complete an online questionnaire (5-10minutes). Participants will also be asked to complete a follow-up interview with the researcher, for which they will be compensated with a £20 amazon voucher for their time.

About the researcher
I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist, completing my doctorate at Royal Holloway, University of London, with an interested in mental health for both mothers and fathers during the perinatal period.
